Cinnamon Baked Apple Slices

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 C). Slice your apples if you have not done so already.
  2. Thoroughly mix together the cinnamon, milk, and almond extract in a bowl.
  3. Add 1/4 of the apple slices to the cinnamon mixture. Fully cover each of the slices. Repeat until all slices have been placed and covered in the mixture.
  4. Place the apple slices on a lightly greased baking pan. Drizzle a wealthy amount honey on the slices.
  5. Place the slices in the preheated oven for about 7 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and flip over the slices and rearrange them on the pan. Drizzle more honey over the apples and place them back in the oven for another 8 minutes or so.
  6. Once the apples are done baking, take them out of the oven and cover them with honey once again. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
